Certified production standards

Quality control laboratories perform tests and routine analysis of raw materials, both during the production process and finished products. The control is carried out in a systematic way, by analyzing the different stages of production, the organoleptic and microbiological characteristics of the products. No raw material is used without first being approved and registered.

The quality control process is guaranteed by major industry certifications:

- IFS (International Food Standard).

Rainforest Alliance
Rainforest Alliance certification is a program and a label for sustainable farming of cocoa in the world. The Rainforest Alliance program comprises a reasonable handling of agricultural practices, social and living conditions, farm management, and the environment. In January 2018, Rainforest Alliance officially merged with UTZ in response to the increasing challenges of deforestation, climate change, systemic poverty, and social inequity.
