
Laboratory of Quality Control, with sophisticated lab equipments,
is set to carry out routine tests and analysis on raw materials,
during productive process and on finished products.
Checking on products systematically, testing at various
stages from the on-going production processes to refrigeration,
are made to test organoleptic and microbiological characteristics.
Both raw materials and finished products are accurately
checked and followed out; no raw material is used without
being preventively and regularly approved and recorded.
For each production batch, all the information is recorded
related to raw material used, to the productive process
and to the regulation carried out on finished products.
Three of the most important certificates have been obtained:
- BRC (International Certificate, Grade A)
- EMAS (Environmental
Certificate)
- IFS (International Food Standard).
